Delete your Freebore account

Freebore is made by Datum Works LLC. You can delete your account and everything in it, any time, whether the app is still on your phone or not.

If you can sign in: do it yourself, now

In the Freebore app (iPhone, iPad or Android) or on freebore.app: More → Your data → Delete your account. Type DELETE, press Delete my account, and it's gone on the spot. On a computer, freebore.app/account takes you straight to it.

Want your data first? Download a copy from the same screen before you delete. It can't be undone.

If you can't sign in, or already deleted the app

Email support@freebore.app from the email address on the account, with the subject "Delete my account". Sending it from that address is how we know the account is yours. We write back to confirm, then delete the account and everything in it within 30 days, and tell you when it's done.

What gets deleted

Everything. Your rifles and their chamber numbers, saved loads, range sessions, chrono speeds, notebook, zero and truing, measured groups and their photos, your Match Book and any share links you made, your Freebore AI chats, the AI scan log, your subscription record, and your sign-in. It's deleted from our server for real, not hidden or flagged and kept.

A phone or computer you've signed in on keeps its own copy on that device until you sign out there or delete the app. We can't reach into your devices.

What we keep

Nothing with your name or account on it. Three things, so nobody's surprised:

If you pay for Freebore, read this first

Subscribed on freebore.app? Deleting the account cancels it on the spot, so you're never charged again.

Subscribed in the App Store or Google Play? Deleting your account does not cancel it. Apple and Google run that billing, and only you can stop it, in the store's own settings. Cancel first:

Delete without canceling and the account is still deleted, but the store keeps charging until you cancel with Apple or Google.
